Material the coach is allowed to quote. Removing an entry deletes its embeddings and expires any chat thread that cited it — without that, the coach keeps repeating the old answer from memory.

Enrol people by email — they do not need to have signed in yet. An enrolled user with no roles can already use the global knowledge base; a project role is what lets the coach discuss that board with them.

A team maps to one or more Jira projects. The mapping decides who can see a team’s knowledge base: anyone working on any of its projects.

Boards the coach is allowed to read. Adding one starts a capture into Postgres; once it is synced the project becomes available for team mapping and for its own knowledge base.
